Job Duties

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence, including coordination with Chile, Perú and Europe export offices.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
• Fulfill the sales budget set by the company.
• Supervise and lead the team in charge, setting work goals, which will be reviewed periodically.
• Travel inside and abroad US, 15% of the time outside US, 5% of the time inside the US.

Requirements

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Agriculture, Business, or related AND five (5) years of experience as Sales Manager, Commercial Manager or Commercial Director in fruit export companies.

Applicant must have 5 years’ experience with:

• Import, export, and transportation of fresh fruit

Applicant must have demonstrative experience with:

• ERP Famous or SAP
• Microsoft office and BI (Power BI, or Qlik sense)
